Payment methods
It is possible to pay in different ways at Pro Audio Parts:
iDEAL:
After you have completed your purchase with us, you will be directed to the details of your shopping basket.
You can then choose your bank and log into your own online banking environment to complete the payment.
Because you complete the payment in your familiar online banking environment, iDEAL is a very safe and easy payment option.
Important: your bank must be affiliated with the iDEAL payment system. (These are virtually all Dutch banks).
If your bank is connected, you do not have to register and you can use iDEAL immediately.
PayPal:
PayPal is a popular payment method at Pro Audio Parts. It is fast, easy and safe!
Do you have a PayPal account? Then you can also use this payment method to pay us. PayPal payments reach us directly and your order is processed immediately. For a PayPal payment we charge € 0.35 + 3.4% of the invoice amount. These costs are equal to the costs charged to us by PayPal.
If you order via PayPal, we can only send the ordered products to the address specified with your purchase. After payment, changing the address is not possible and according to the regulations of PayPal not allowed. This is to prevent deception and fraud.
If you have made a mistake in the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible for a solution.
Bancontact:
Bancontact is the Belgian market leader in electronic payments.
Once you have placed all the items in your shopping basket, fill in your details and you can easily pay using Bancontact.
You pay reliably via a secure connection with your own Internet banking environment.
After which we will immediately start working on your order!
Klarna pay later:
With "pay later" you can pay for your order after you have received it and have decided to keep it. That way you never pay for what you send back. You fill in your name, address, place of residence, e-mail address and other details that you always have at hand and you pay when it suits you during the 14-day payment period.
For Klarna payment later we charge €0,20 + 2,79% of the invoice amount.
Bank transfer:
You can make a bank transfer directly from internet banking.
They will ask you for our IBAN and possibly Swift/BIC code.
We will send all this information to you in your order confirmation.
After we have received the payment we will immediately start working on the order!
Paying VAT
Consumers within the EU
As of 30 July 2021, consumers within the EU pay the VAT rate applicable in their country. After entering your delivery address, the correct amount will be calculated automatically, after which you can pay with one of the payment methods. In the table below you can see which rate applies to you.
Bedrijven binnen EU
Besteld u binnen de EU maar buiten Nederland en heeft u een geldig BTW nummer? Dan zal na het invoeren van uw gegevens de BTW niet in rekening worden gebracht.
Om fraude te voorkomen wordt er doormiddel van uw IP adres gecontroleerd of het BTW nummer overeen komt met het land waarin u zich bevindt, houd hier rekening mee als u vanuit het buitenland wilt bestellen!
Let op! als uw btw nummer niet juist is kunt u geen btw vrije factuur ontvangen. wacht dan met betalen tot de oplossing is gevonden.
Meestal is dat een spatie aan het begin of einde van uw factuurnummer, gebruik geen copy / paste om uw btwnummer in te voeren.
Na betaling kunnen er geen wijzigingen aan de factuur worden gedaan.
Ordering from outside the EU
If you order from outside the EU you never have to pay VAT with us. After filling in your details, no VAT will be charged. Please note that you may have to pay import duties in your country. This will be done by the deliverer of your order.
Prices webshop
The prices shown in our webshop are inclusive of 21% VAT and exclusive of VAT. Do you want to see the price including the VAT rate you pay? You can see this in the shopping basket if your country is set correctly.
